June 12  

Little Listeners Storytime, 2 1/2 yrs. old-kindergarten, 10:00-10:45am

Reader’s Theatre Auditions, 1st-5th grade, 1:00-3:00pm. When registering you must be available for all 3 dates. Registration is required. Click Here to sign up

June 13   

Kids Zumba Dance Party, Pre-K-3rd grade, 1:00pm

June 14

Pop Art with Michael Albert, K-12th grade, 1:00-3:00pm

A fun and interactive program with books, art, and a cool collage craft. Registration is required. Click here to sign up. Limited to 50 children.

Save Our Planet: Recycle Family Program, 6:30-7:30pm. Learn how to “Build a Better World” by recycling.

July 11       

Lego Builders @ Byesville Library, 2:00-3:30pm

July 13            

Beekeeping 101, K-5th grade, 1:00-2:00pm. Attend this program and learn interesting facts about bees.

July 18          

Little Listeners Storytime, 2 1/2-K, @ Cardinal Place, 10:00am. Join us and share summer fun with the residents.

July 19        

Summer Reading Finale with Juggler Matt Jergens, 10:45am @ the Cambridge City Park Large Pavilion.

Summer Reading 2017!!!!

The Guernsey County Library’s Summer Reading Program, “Build a Better World” begins on June 12th with Kick-Off activities that include Reader’s Theater AND a Pop-Art Program with the famous artist, Michael Albert! !!!!! Other activities that will be held throughout the summer include a Scholastic Book Fair with lots of enticing books for sale, weekly classes on Wednesdays for toddlers thru 5th grade, a 3-D Printer and STEAM Program, a program presented by our local OSU Extension Office, Baby Times, and even some LEGO Builder programs!!! Most activities will be held at the Crossroads Branch. Registration is required for some of our programming and begins on May 30th. Fight the “summer slide”! Sign up for Summer Reading!
